The Maddox Gallery is proud to present The Past, Present & Imperceptible. A personal exhibition of works by the Italian duo, the Miaz brothers.

After their residency last year at the Maddox Gallery in Shepherd Market. The Miaz Brothers return with a body of work that defies perception more than ever. Rendered in their signature style. With coats of spray paint. The duo’s latest exhibition features darkened projections of old masters. Appearances in scenes lit by candles. Works that are at the same time a vague tale of legends. Of disparate fables and fantasies.

Proud of the surprising nature of their work and their contempt for the portrait genre. The Miaz brothers encourage the viewer to use their perception. Their interpretation to bring clarity to their blurry large-scale works.
