For “LE LABYRINTHE”, Cesarine created an immersive installation. Transforming the gallery into a labyrinth. Through which the spectators can discover his contemporary feminine look on surrealism. A theme that the artist has explored through a variety of mediums over the past decades. “LE LABYRINTHE” is a surreal odyssey which reveals through its passages a kaleidoscopic universe. Subconscious realities linked by the contrasts of hyperrealism and ethereal symbolism. Cesarine guides the viewer through this maze of discoveries. Presenting deeply personal works. And also created in response to the influence of surrealist masters such as Jean Cocteau. Man Ray and Dora Maar.
